If sunshine could be personified, it seems likely it would manifest itself as Lucinda Light. A moment with the woman we all fell in love with on Married at First Sight's 11th season is an uplifting experience. She's known for her dulcet tones and inspiring positivity. Her voice is hypnotic, like a warm hug you never knew you needed and her words of advice have proved invaluable to her former castmates and fans alike.

So it's no wonder she's penned her first book, Shine Your Light: A Guided Journal for Deepening Your Emotional Intelligence, which is out in April 2025. But first, she'll be heading to Australia's magical Daintree and Cape Tribulation to become a tour guide with a difference.

As leader of the Find Your Light Intrepid Travel tour, she'll be using some of her teachings from her book to take people on a spirit-lifting adventure in nature without the weight of devices, distractions or drama.
