NEW CRIME DRAMA Black Sands Sunday, 10 pm, Alibi (box set, Virgin TV, Sky Box Sets & NOW)
A disgraced detective must face past demons and a difficult mother when she returns to her hometown in this chilling, eight-part Icelandic crime thriller.
After escaping to Reykjavík 14 years ago, Anita (Aldís Amah Hamilton) is forced to leave her post in the city and accept a job back home in an isolated community within Iceland's striking black sands.
