Move over, Kim Kardashian and Tyson Fury - there's a new reality star coming to our screens this week. Love him or loathe him, former Conservative MP Sir Jacob Rees-Mogg opens the door to his 17th-century Somerset manor house for Discovery+'s new fly-on-the-wall series Meet the Rees-Moggs.
Over five episodes, cameras follow the devout Catholic and Eton-educated politician, his heiress wife Helena and their six children - Peter, Mary, Thomas, Anselm, Alfred and Sixtus - in the run-up to the 2024 General Election and its aftermath. And there are some fascinating insights into family life along the way.
Not only does it turn out Rees-Mogg has a penchant for a daily Greggs ham-and-cheese baguette and likes his boxers ironed, but there's also a peek at his bedroom - or 'quarters' as he likes to call it.
