NEW FACTUAL Running Wild with Bear Grylls: The Challenge Sunday, 6pm, National Geographic
Adventurer Bear Grylls is back to put a host of A-listers through some life-changing experiences in his new series of Running W with Bear Grylls: The Challenge. First up is Sherlock and Doctor Strange actor Benedict Cumberbatch, who admits he's a thrill seeker by nature and tells Grylls that much of his determination to grab life by the horns stems from going through some near-death experiences.
One such event was being carjacked at gunpoint in South Africa in his late-20s - he was held for two and a half hours and tied up in a car boot.
