Each week, three ordinary people are taken to a posh hotel in Wales, where they get the chance to meet someone from their past, either to say thank you, seek forgiveness or get answers they've always wanted.
Meanwhile, hotel staff, a team of counsellors and Alex are there to support them!

There's also an emotional reunion between Rhiannon and a team of big-hearted volunteer builders who renovated her home to&nbsp;provide a medical room for daughter Pippa, who has the rare skin condition epidermolysis bullosa, causing agonising blisters.
'With some of these stories, I was a mess!' says Alex, who has three children with her husband, Charlie Thomson. 'I loved filming this show because I felt like a friend rather than a presenter. It's the programme I've been waiting for!'
