This season, Tory Burch is all about precision in time where a single minute could not be wasted in order to realise her Spring/Summer 2023 show. Just as the last rays of sunlight lit up the entire Pier 76 in orange hues, music blared and the first look glided effortlessly down the stage that had a celestial mobile hovering elegantly over it. The narrative was simple, yet impactful: “to experiment freely and to pare everything back”. Clean lines, flowing fabrication and a relaxed demeanour took over the collection where models were dressed in superfine knits, techno satin and weightless jerseys, paired with slingbacks and mules.
