Cod & cherry tomato bake As well as being low in calories and packed with flavour, this meal can be ready in under 20 minutes. Seasonal new potatoes make a substantial side dish and are included in the calorie count. They also add plenty of fibre if you keep their skins on. (If you like fish but worry about finding bones, cod loins are a great option.)
