Since buying her home, Paula Wraith wondered what to do about the small kitchen. As the house is listed, she was unable to alter the existing space. Then I realised I could convert an outbuilding, with a hallway to link it to the house,' she says. Jessica Sroga at Krantz Designs was asked to create a new kitchen.

1 DESIGNED FOR LIFE 

Keen to create an environment designed for family layout that was both practical for cooking for a crowd and designed for relaxed socialising. 'I also felt that the large size of the room and the amount of natural light allowed me to be bolder with my design choices, so I wanted a look with plenty of impact and a touch of glamour,' she says.
