HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR WORKSPACE?
We closed our Cremorne, Melbourne, location in 2023 and opened our new HQ in South Yarra in March. My team and I are so lucky to walk into a beautiful space that inspires us every day. The showroom and gallery comprise our working office, and are full of texture, colour, intrigue and beauty. We often perch ourselves at different locations to mix things up. There's a lot of hot-desking.
WHAT APPEALED TO YOU ABOUT THE SPACE AND WHAT DID THE ALTERATIONS ENTAIL?
The envelope is an incredible 19th-century Italianate Victorian building. I fell in love with its character and knew I could create something special. It was an empty shell, so we had to do a complete renovation in three months. Thanks to our builder who worked over Christmas, we made it in time for our March launch with Pierre Yovanovitch.
CAN YOU DESCRIBE THE COMPLETED SPACE?
