One-hundred-thousand vehicles drive through the Holland Tunnel every day, all of them passing one of the best maintained, most secure and highly valued wine collections in the world. Housed in a 20,000-square-foot high-rise facility, it goes largely unnoticed by frustrated drivers more focused on jockeying their way into the tubes, and Mana Wine Storage in Jersey City likes it that way.
Mana Wine is just one subsidiary company owned by Moishe Mana. What Mana started with his eponymous moving company has grown tremendously into a wildly successful conglomerate of 15 operations dotted across the country, along with storied real estate development projects, like Miami’s Wynwood and Mana Contemporary in Jersey City. The wine storage business has grown because it has been able to do what competitors in the New York area have not through the timespan that has included Superstorm Sandy and other weather events and the pandemic — safely store and secure collections that hold high monetary and emotional value for 600 clients.
