And 33 years on, Alex and Sue Tatham have renewed their vows.
The couple met on the iconic ITV dating show in 1988.
Romance blossomed and they walked down the aisle in 1991, watched by 17.5 million viewers.
Three decades later the couple, who have two adult children, wanted to show they are still in love, so they returned to the church where they married to renew their vows in front of family and friends.
