Accused's search for others who wanted to kidnap celebrities

A SECURITY guard accused of plotting to kill Holly Willoughby searched "how to meet people who plan to kidnap celebrities", a court has heard.

Gavin Plumb, 37, made the internet search in 2011, 12 years before being charged with targeting the former This Morning host, 43, last October.

Officers discovered millions of images of Holly and other female celebrities on his electronic devices, the court was told.

A jury heard he discussed had abducting two other high-profile women with a man he met online known as Marc.

He had told Marc he would track Holly for a "simple place to strike but a home invasion is a better idea".

Plumb allegedly searched online for "what does it feel like to be raped" and "where [sic] Jewish women raped in the war".
