The married couple have four children together and Annie, 31, reportedly forgave him for his first affair with Lauryn Goodman, which resulted in son Kairo, now four.
But they separated over Christmas after it was revealed that Kyle had fathered a second child with 33-year-old Lauryn - a daughter named Kinara.
Lauryn sent her a devastating text on December 27 revealing her second pregnancy, while Annie was pregnant with her fourth baby.
