JAKOB INGEBRIGTSEN coasted to a third European cross country title in Antalya as Britain's strength in depth yielded a table-topping dozen medals.

Norway star Ingebrigtsen (above) pulled away from Italy's Yeman Crippa on the final lap to win by eight seconds, with Italy's Nadia Batocletti claiming women's gold.

And while no Briton troubled the podium in either senior event, the men took team bronze and women claimed silver in southern Turkey.
