The legendary Ireland fly-half is now coaching at La Rochelle, in the Top 14, and has helped them to two Champions Cup titles in the last three years.
Capped 128 times by Ireland, O'Gara was linked with the England post when Eddie Jones was shown the door in 2022, but extended his stay in France until 2027.
He has done the hard yards at club level as a coach working at Racing 92 in Paris, and under All Blacks coach Scott Robertson at the Crusaders, before joining La Rochelle in 2019.
