MEDICAL leaders are warning the NHS does not have capacity to expand the rollout of "life-changing" weight loss jabs.
Health Secretary Wes Streeting has announced unemployed people will be given appetite suppressors to tackle obesity and boost the economy by getting people back into work.
But over 200 doctors and specialists have written an open letter to the minister saying the NHS cannot provide the personalised lifestyle counselling the drugs require.
