THE family of late soul legend Isaac Hayes are suing Donald Trump for £2.35million after failed efforts to stop him from using his hit songs.

The lawsuit comes as the former US president was mocked by Celine Dion after he played her song from the hit movie Titanic at a campaign rally over the weekend.
