SINGER Justin Timberlake has appeared in court charged with driving while intoxicated in wealthy New Yorkers' favourite seaside town.
The 43-year-old star looked dishevelled as he left the hearing with his lawyer yesterday.
He had been to dinner at The American Hotel in Sag Harbor, a town in The
Hamptons, before he was pulled over by police in his BMW SUV in the early hours.
