TWO-THIRDS of the public want a general election by summer, as Britain grows tired of Tory failure blighting the lives of millions.

And in a damning verdict on almost 14 years of Conservative rule, with the party tearing itself apart over its cruel Rwanda plan, a poll for our sister paper the Mirror found 62 per cent believe life has got worse since 2010.

In a huge boost to Keir Starmer, the Deltapoll survey puts Labour 14 points ahead of the Tories, which would spark a landslide at an election.
