DOCTOR Michael Mosley is to be' honoured with a dedicated day when BBC presenters and audiences will be encouraged to do "just one thing" to improve their well-being.The broadcaster and 5:2 diet guru, 67, died of natural causes last month after getting lost on the Greek island of Symi.Across radio and TV, the BBC will host the Just One Thing Day on Friday, named after Mosley's Radio 4 podcast.The day will be based on the TV doctor's ethos to "encourage healthy habits by introducing easy routines or simple swaps into daily life to improve health and well-being", the BBC said.Radio 4's Today show will welcome those who have changed their lives thanks to tips from Mosley.Woman's Hour host Anita Rani will focus on exercise, while The Food Programme will highlight Just One Thing topics such as oily fish.Front Row, Radio 1, Radio 2 and 6 Music will also get involved.TV's Morning Live and The One Show, where Mosley was a contributor, will honour his legacy, too.Mohit Bakaya, director of speech and controller of BBC Radio 4 and 4 Extra, said: "Michael's broadcasting changed people's lives.
