A FRAUDSTER was involved in a card cloning scam which cost one building society more than £90,000 "financial chaos".
Daniel Istvan, of Dumfries, was snared after he was spotted acting suspiciously near a parking ticket machine.
He had several cloned bank cards in his possession.
