Emma accused 'put me through 2 weeks of hell

A WOMAN who was living with the Emma Caldwell murder suspect at the time of her killing claimed he put her through "two weeks of hell".

The witness told jurors how she found Iain Packer with a naked woman he claimed to have met while dog walking.

The witness left Packer but ended up returning to the former sign fitter.

It was during this fortnight, she alleged, that the 51-year-old refused to let her leave again and took her phone before also holding a knife to her chest.

Packer is on trial facing a total of 46 charges involving multiple women, which include murdering 27-year-old Emma Caldwell near Biggar, Lanarkshire, on April 5, 2005.
