<p>Buckie's RNLI were alerted to reports of paddleboarders in the waters off Cullen Bay, near Moray, at about 3.45pm. Its vessel was on the scene in 10 minutes, locating two girls who had managed to stay on a paddleboard.</p>
<p>A second pair were spotted in the water, with the crew recovering the two "very cold and relieved youngsters". All four were given the all clear. A spokeswoman urged people "to check the weather forecast carefully before venturing out on the water, especially when paddleboarding".</p>
