The 22-year-old, who was named the BBC Sports Personality of the Year earlier this month, ends an extraordinary year with an MBE for services to athletics.
She brought home a gold medal in the 800 metres at the Paris Olympics in the summer and previously won silver at the 2020 Olympics.
After winning the BBC accolade the Olympian said she felt "pretty close" to breaking the 800m world record."
