Andrew Johnstone passed away following the incident in Aberdeenshire.The 64-year-old was driving on an unclassified road between the villages of Torphins and Tornaveen.Police Scotland said the crash took place between 11.15pm on November 28, and 6.30 am on November29, on a road linking the A980 and B9119.Andrew was pronounced dead at the scene.After his death, his family released a statement through Police Scotland.It read: "Andrew was very active. His job as a medical rep for the north of Scotland enabled him to explore the country he loved with his beloved dogs. His enthusiasm inspired many of the huge number of people he met along the way. He will be sadly missed by his brother Michael, partner Nuria and his many friends including his beloved dog and constant companion, Ruby." Sergeant Pete Henderson added: "Our thoughts remain with the family and friends of Andrew.Enquiries are ongoing."
