DAVINA McCall says she gave her surgeon a fright as she came round from her brain operation.
The TV presenter, 57, revealed last month she had surgery to remove a colloid cyst, a rare fluid-filled benign tumour in her brain.
In an update, she said she also worried her boyfriend Michael Douglas, 49, as she woke up confused after the operation but is now recovering well.
Thanking her neurosurgeon Kevin O'Neill, Davina said: "Trying to find somebody who knew about colloid cysts was quite a challenge.
"Kevin is very experienced as a neurosurgeon.
