THE humble jacket potato is back as office workers ditch expensive shop-bought lunches.
Six in 10 Britons (62 per cent) have been saving pennies by baking potatoes, with 82 per cent claiming they are the ultimate midweek lunch.
Nine in 10 insist they are back on trend, thanks to social media accounts such as The SpudBros.
