Reed Wischhusen, 32, had a "kill-list" of former classmates and others and "macabre interest" in killers Hamilton and Raoul Moat.
He planned to murder 10 named people he felt had wronged him before carrying out attacks using&nbsp;improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and a submachine gun at his former school and Avon and Somerset Police HQ.
The kill documents were found by police after they attended his home in Wick St Lawrence, Somerset, on November 28, 2022.
On the visit, Wischhusen went to the bathroom and shot himself behind his ear.
He then rushed at cops pointing a gun at them and was shot three times.
Sentencing him at Bristol Crown Court yesterday, judge Martin Picton called him a "danger to society".
Wischhusen was found guilty of possessing a firearm with intent to endanger life, among various charges, and he admitted having an explosive substance.
