A BROTHER of murdered gangster Marc Webley and a former footballer have been charged over an alleged attack on a taxi driver.
The driver was reportedly threatened with a blade in the incident, which took place after he picked a group of men up from a pub in West Lothian.
The alleged incident came just weeks after gangland gunman Webley was shot dead outside Edinburgh's Anchor Bar on Hogmanay.
The taxi driver, who asked us not to name him, claims he was forced to flee his cab and hide in a graveyard where he frantically dialled 999.
After escaping physically unharmed, the taxi driver told the Record: "It's really affecting me mentally. I've been getting nightmares and flashbacks.
"I have not slept properly since it happened. I've stopped doing the taxis for now.
