A listing for the two-bed property in Falkirk went on the market last month at offers over £75,000.
The advert on Rightmove shows off the home’s spacious rooms including the bedrooms, bathroom, and living room – all featuring a Labrador posing in them.
In one snap, the dog can be seen gazing out of the living room window, showing potential buyers the view of Callendar Park estate.
