DJ Lisa shot dead and '30 hurt' when dispute erupts at Super Bowl parade
SENSELESS

A PRIVATE dispute between several people sparked the gun mayhem at the Super Bowl trophy parade in Kansas, police confirmed last night.

Mum of two Lisa Lopez-Galvin, 43, a radio DJ, was murdered in the "senseless" attack while watching the spectacle with her adult son, who was also wounded.

Up to 30 people - half of them children - were injured when the dispute erupted outside Union Station on Wednesday.

Joyful fans had been leaving the area following a celebration for new NFL champions Kansas City Chiefs.

Bystanders tackled a gunman to the ground. Ten people were initially questioned by officers before three suspects were detained including two under-16s. At least one firearm was recovered.
