RISHI Sunak is facing fresh calls to quit from fed-up Tories after a double by-election humiliation.

Polling guru John Curtice said the PM was in "deep, deep trouble" after Labour overturned huge majorities in previously safe Tory seats.

Keir Starmer's party demolished an 18,000 Tory majority to win by 6,400 votes in Wellingborough, Northants, while in Kingswood, Gloucs, an 11,000 Tory lead became a 2,500 Labour win.
