A SWINGERS club will have to close after the rejected government a last-ditch appeal to keep it open.
Cornucopia claimed to be the largest venue of its type in Edinburgh and offered "playrooms, kink and BDSM areas".
But bosses had been locked in battle with the council, who ordered it to shut amid public safety fears and issues over anti-social behaviour.
City of Edinburgh Council rejected plans for the site - in the former offices of Napier University in the capital's Sighthill area- last February.
