THE XL BULLY 'COURIER'

AN XL bully "courier" who has helped rehome dozens of dogs says even more are heading north as new laws kick in south of the Border today.

Phil Gregory, a dad of three from Warwickshire, has brought 10 dogs to Scotland in the last month and is set for a surge in requests.

English police can now seize the dogs, which have been blamed for a series of attacks, and owners could face a criminal record if they are not registered for exemption certificates.

The Scottish Government yesterday announced that from February 23, owners must ensure their XL bully is muzzled and on a lead.
