JAMIE BHATTI reckons his 100th appearance for Glasgow helped make up for his Scotland snub.

The prop was surprisingly left out of the matchday squads for the Six Nations games against Wales and France.

The 30-year-old got some minutes under his belt as Warriors smashed Dragons 40-7 on Saturday night.

And he hopes his performance might give head coach Gregor Townsend something to think about ahead of the weekend's Calcutta Cup clash.

Bhatti said: "I'm disappointed not to have played so far. I love being in that environment and playing for Scotland.
