TV Kaye wins her £124k tax battle

TV PRESENTER Kaye Adams has finally won her 10-year £124,000 tax dispute after HM Revenue & Customs conceded defeat.

The Loose Women host was successful in the latest round of the long-running case in November when a court ruled she was a freelance worker.

After reviewing the decision, HMRC has now said it will not appeal the judgment.

Adams, 61, had pleaded with the tax authority not to appeal and said the stress had been "almost unbearable".
