DAVIE MARTINDALE reckons Kilmarnock are lucky to have Derek McInnes after hailing him as one of the best bosses in Scottish football.
McInnes has the Rugby Park side sitting fourth in the Premiership in only their second campaign back in the top flight.
And taking into account the success the 52-year-old had at Aberdeen, Livingston manager Martindale, who takes his team to Kilmarnock tomorrow night, is surprised that McInnes has not been poached by a bigger club.
