MIGHTY mum Helen Ryvar gets up at 4am every day to run a half marathon before work.
And she has completed the phenomenal feat every day for the last two years.
In May 2022, the 43-year-old from Wrexham was challenged by a pal to run consecutive half marathons for 150 days to beat a world record of 111 days.
Now, nearly 650 runs later, the mum of three is determined to go on.
Although she has always enjoyed running, Helen only took it up seriously after her ex-husband died suddenly in 2020. She said:&nbsp;"I used to suffer depression and anxiety when I was with my ex-husband who would gaslight me.
"I was in a really awful place physically, mentally emotionally, running helped me realise that conand but nection is the antidote to all that.
"It has given me the confidence back that I lacked for so many years and now every single day I'm breaking a new record."
She hopes her efforts will take her beyond the 1,000-day mark.
