SHAUN WANE admits he would love to bring on the Aussies at home next year.
Wane's England were due to head Down Under in 2025 and contest an Ashes series in Australia for the first time in over 30 years.
But it has now emerged that the Kangaroos are instead keen to tour England, something they have not done for an Ashes series since 2003, when they defeated Great Britain 3-0.
Next year's tour would be against England rather than Great Britain, but Wane is desperate to face the Aussies after the 2020 home Ashes series was cancelled due to the pandemic.
