RYANAIR'S boss has defended the airline's extra fees - saying he "doesn't want the money".
Michael O'Leary said he felt "sympathy" for passengers hit with charges for failing to check in online.
But he refused to apologise and said Ryanair had been doing it "for 20 years" to help keep costs low. He said: "We don't want the money, we just don't want anybody showing up at the airport without having checked in online.
