THE formula for the perfect fish finger sandwich has been revealed.
It is made with four fish fingers, “real” butter, two slices of white bread, ketchup – and it should be cut sideways.
A poll of butty fans found 42% said it was their sandwich of choice.
The comfort food is often daubed with tomato ketchup, mayo or tartare sauce.
