BEN SPENCER has revealed he flew his kids halfway around the globe to watch him play a World Cup final - and they spent the game glued to mobile devices.
Scrum-half Spencer is also the bloke who made his England debut in 2018 and has still not made a start until today against New Zealand.
And he is the player who has appeared six times off the bench for his country, never won a match and only totted up 81 minutes on the pitch.
Six years ago, Spencer, then at Saracens, answered an SOS the Sunday before the World Cup final against South Africa, jetting to the Far East to replace Willi Heinz in the showpiece.
