FREE-ROAMING &ldquo;hooligan&rdquo; sheep are terrorising a village. 
They are keeping residents up all night, destroying their gardens and using their lawns as a loo.
Locals have accused shepherd Jeremy Awdry of failing to control his flock.
They claim the sheep have been a pain ever since their estate in Whitecroft, Glos, was built in 2014.
Mr Awdry insists his sheep have the right to graze anywhere in the Forest of Dean.
But residents say the forest boundary is marked by a bollard 100ft down the road.
Jeff Beveridge, 65,&nbsp;said: &ldquo;In the front of everybody&rsquo;s house the developers put escallonia and the sheep ate that. They&rsquo;ll eat anything.&rdquo; Dr David Collier said: &ldquo;There&rsquo;s muck left on the drive, grass and path.&rdquo;

Another resident added: &ldquo;They keep you awake in the middle&nbsp;of the night.&rdquo; Mr Awdry denied the&nbsp;estate was outside the grazing boundary and said his sheep had caused no damage.
He added: &ldquo;Noone has complained to me. If someone&nbsp;asked me to move them, I&rsquo;d move them.&rdquo;
