POST Office chiefs may be too late to sue Fujitsu to help fund the £1billion compensation for wronged sub-postmasters.
The firm, which provided the faulty Horizon software, said it has a "moral obligation" to help the victims.
Hundreds of sub-postmasters and sub-postmistresses were prosecuted for false accounting and theft in a case dubbed the biggest miscarriage of justice in UK history.
