THE fight over the &pound;16billion "Holy Grail" of shipwrecks is kicking off between Bolivians and the Colombian government.
Three tribes, whose ancestors mined the bounty, branded Colombia's bid to recover Spanish galleon San Jos&eacute; "piracy".
The ship sank in 1708 and is&nbsp;believed to hold 200 tonnes of gold, silver and emeralds that the Bolivians say was mined by their enslaved ancestors.
