BOND girl Eva Green has won a "painful and damaging" legal battle over the collapse of a multi million pound sci-fi film.
The Casino Royale star, 42, had sued White Lantern Film for her &pound;810,000 fee.
She faced a counter-claim alleging she pulled out of the making of A Patriot, which collapsed in 2019, and breached her contract. But yesterday Mr&nbsp;Justice Michael Green ruled she was entitled to the fee and dismissed the counter-claim.
Messages sent by the actress to her associates were revealed in court, which included her describing potential crew members as "s***ty peasants".
She described the production as a "B-s***ty-movie" and an executive producer as "pure vomit", the trial heard. In her evidence,&nbsp;she blamed her "Frenchness" for "some horrible things" she said.
But the judge said some of the explanations for her words were "not credible or adequate" In a statement, Ms Green said her "professional reputation has been upheld". She said she had been used as a "scapegoat" and faced "false allegations".
The Dark Shadows star added: "I am proud that I stood up against their bully-boy tactics."
