Mr Justice William Davis called Fellows a &ldquo;gun for hire prepared to kill whoever you were asked to&rdquo;.
A month after he was jailed, the assassin was attacked with a&nbsp;razor blade inside HMP Whitemoor, Cambs.
An urgent investigation into the latest attack is under way.
A Prison Service spokesperson said: &ldquo;We have a zero-tolerance&nbsp;approach to violence and will always take strong&nbsp;action against those who break these rules.&rdquo;
