HEUNG-MIN SON has called on Tottenham’s strikers to ‘step up and stay hungry’ as they hit the run-in. 

The South Korean – now the club’s senior forward – played down the crushing victory at Aston Villa on Sunday but said individual confidence levels will have soared.

Four different players got on the scoresheet as Ange Postecoglou’s men sent out a statement at Villa Park that they are in the hunt to grab fourth spot and Champions League football.

Son said: “In these 11 games, everyone has to take a big step forward.
