Cinzio Paolina De Lio, inset, sent texts in exams, ignored pupils, didn&rsquo;t plan lessons and borrowed textbooks.
She has been dubbed &ldquo;Italy&rsquo;s worst employee&rdquo; by her former secondary school.
De Lio, 56, got her job back after being sacked.
But Italy&rsquo;s Supreme Court has reversed the decision after learning she had been present in class for only four years in the previous 24.
When contacted, De Lio said she&nbsp;couldn&rsquo;t talk as she was &ldquo;at the beach&rdquo;. The court said De Lio, who taught history, was&nbsp;&ldquo;permanently and absolutely unsuitable&rdquo;.

She was initially sacked by the school near Venice in 2017&nbsp;after inspectors said her lessons were &ldquo;confused&rdquo;.
A judge reinstated her a year later but Italy&rsquo;s education ministry appealed and&nbsp;the decision was reversed by the Supreme Court last week.
The ministry claimed for the first 10 years De Lio did not work at all. In the other 14 years, she took time off&nbsp;for sickness, personal or family reasons.
