Jane, 52, said at the time she was convinced the test was accurate but following his death in 2019 she told the hearing in Winchester, Hants, she now thinks he was telling the truth.Steve's brother Leslie said in a statement his sibling "endured a terrible time" on the show. He was "jeered" by the audience and called a "failure" by host Kyle.Steve was found dead at his home in Portsmouth, Hants, after overdosing on morphine prescribed for knee pain. He was 63.The show was axed by ITV after the tragedy. Kyle, 59, will give evidence at the hearing, which is expected to last a week.
